Witty or Jakk's?

I found this pic a few days ago. It's a new Sirenix Doll! But who made it? As we all know, Jakk's are the new Winx Doll makers and Witty's are currently making Season 5 Dolls too. The face, wings, and the hair looks like Jakk's but this is not the look we saw during the interview (Could they really change it that quick?!) and Musa's and Tecna's hair and some of the outfits look like Witty's. Tell me who do you think made them, Witty's or Jakk's?
